Last week our GCSE Religious Studies groups were provided with an opportunity to attend Exeter University for their Religion and Theology day.
As part of their visit they took part in a four University lectures from scholars across the Religion and Theology department. Students considered issues around Ethics, Teleological arguments and environmentalism, Feminism and the Bible and Buddhism.
This opportunity not only provided a fantastic insight into University style learning, but build upon our GCSE curriculum while also extending their learning beyond the classroom.
Our students were a credit to Clyst Vale.
